1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Cura Concept. By accessing our platform or engaging our digital engineering services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Service Scope & Hosting Model
Cura Concept specializes in migrating and engineering web architectures to edge networks to eliminate traditional hosting fees. While our deployment of static assets incurs no recurring hosting fees from Cura Concept, external factors—such as third-party API limits, massive bandwidth surges, or requested dynamic database additions—may be subject to external provider fees. These will be fully disclosed during project discovery.
3. Intellectual Property
All custom code, 3D assets, WebGL shaders, and designs engineered by Cura Concept remain the sole intellectual property of Cura Concept until full project payment is remitted. Upon final payment, the final compiled assets and relevant repository rights are completely transferred to the client.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure project timelines, clients agree to provide necessary assets, domain access, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in client communication may result in adjusted launch dates.
5. Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Cura Concept acts solely as a development agency. We are not liable for external edge network downtimes (e.g., global CDN outages), third-party service deprecations, security breaches on unmanaged accounts, or data loss occurring outside of our direct compiled infrastructure. Services are provided "as is" without warranty of continuous uninterrupted availability.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Privacy Policy
1. Information Collection
Cura Concept respects your digital footprint. We collect only the essential information required to process inquiries, provide our engineering services, and communicate effectively. This includes your name, email address, project specifications submitted via our secure forms, and basic analytics data.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used strictly for internal project management, client communication, and service delivery. Your custom architecture audits, legacy hosting data, and proprietary business information are handled with strict confidentiality during the migration process.
3. Cookies & Local Storage
Our immersive WebGL platform may use minimal, performance-based tracking and local storage strictly to optimize the 3D rendering experience based on your device's capabilities. We do not deploy invasive ad-tracking pixels or sell your browsing behavior.
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or lease our client lists to third parties under any circumstances. However, to facilitate our "Zero Hosting Fee" model, your compiled code assets will be deployed to highly secure, third-party global CDN networks (such as GitHub, Vercel, or Cloudflare).
5. Data Security
We deploy standard encryption and security protocols to protect your submitted data. Furthermore, because our core service relies on pre-compiled edge architecture, we advocate for and utilize inherently secure environments for both our clients and our internal infrastructure.
